really nice location - in the Center of everything, includes SPA area. very convenient to reach key touristic areas, Topkapi palace just 10 min walk away most of the staff was helpful special thank you to Mevlut for a recommendation of a terrific restaurant and his help and assistance during our stay!

We arrived at 3.00 am from the airport, at our arrival Ahmet offered us typical turkish tea which we appreciated a lot. The position is great. We have done everything by walking: 10 minutes from Ayasofya. 15 minutes from the Büyük Bazar, 25 minutes from Galata Tower, 5 minutes from the Bosphorus. Near the hotel there is the Gülhane Park, an amazing big park, full of trees, flowers. The hotel is located in a small street, full of great little restaurants, full of typical turkish shops. The room was clean the bathroom was big. The staff is very kind and helpfull. The hotel is very clean.

The people in the front desk, especially Mr Zaki and Gohkan and the two lovely young girls that serve the breakfast 😀 l will definitely come back again to Istanbul inshaalah and stay at the hotel

This hotel has it all! Located in the heart of the city, it's within walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable - a special shoutout to the receptionists Ahmet, Zeki, and Taner, and the supporting staff Aziz and Sehmuz. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of healthy options, including salads and vegetables. And if you're looking for a nice meal, the rooftop restaurant won't disappoint. Although the weather was cold during my stay, the terrace looked inviting. Lastly, the ladies at the Spa were amazing, waiting until midnight for us after a late dinner and travel back to the hotel. A wonderful stay, highly recommended!

Everything! Good location, very clean and light room. The Wi-Fi was excellent. Good breakfast. Zuki, the daytime receptionist was very helpful and polite. The hotel also has a spa with a Turkish bath, which I tried and highly recommend. I opted for the Cleopatra package, which includes a coffee scrub, foam body mask, aromatherapy full body massage and facial mask. It was an unforgettable experience!

Everything was good and appreciated. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Cleanliness very good. Location of hotel is excellent, metro , tram and taxi at 2 minutes walk. Lot of restaurants around and shops around the location within 2 minutes walk . All famous attractions are around the location like Hagia Sofia mosque, Basilica museum, blue mosque , Topkapi Museum, gulhane park , etc all at walkable distance of upto 10 minutes from hotel. We enjoyed our stay for 7 days.
